Jai Dee Wellness owner "Boom" Dunlop, is an authentic Thai massage therapist with over ten years of experience providing therapeutic Thai massage therapy.

Thai Massage for Healing, Mind and Body

Thai massage is one of the oldest, most effective forms of bodywork. It has been a proven healing art for over 2500 years, with influences from traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic medicine from India.

Thai massage has been shown in studies to help ease headaches, back pain, sciatica pain, and joint stiffness. Authentic Thai massage therapy lowers blood pressure, reduces muscle tension and fatigue, improves circulation and flexibility, and relaxes the mind and body.

⊱ Services ⊰

Traditional Thai Massage

Occasionally referred to as assisted yoga, Thai massage concentrates on improving energy flow throughout your body. This massage technique incorporates deep stretching, yoga-like positions, joint manipulation, rhythmic pressing and rubbing, acupressure, and reflexology techniques to provide a full-body treatment.

Thai massage is performed on a padded mat instead of a table. This form of massage uses no oils, creams or lotions, and the client remains fully clothed during treatment, making it possible to provide in-home treatment.

Relaxation
Oil Massage

Relaxation Oil Massage is a smooth and gentle massage that helps to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation and promote a general sense of relaxation. This massage consists of long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements that help break down adhesions and promote well-being without causing pain or discomfort.

A relaxation massage is an effective way to reduce stress, depression, tension headaches and inflammation. The oils used in this treatment are selected for their ability to soothe sore muscles and relax your mind.

Reflexology and Thai Foot Massage

The practice of reflexology is closely related to the Thai foot massage, and is a highly effective treatment for relieving pain and stress in the body by stimulating the foot's reflex points.

The Thai foot massage has become a popular choice for anyone looking for relief from everyday aches and pains, headaches, stress and anxiety, and the effects of more serious illnesses.

Flowing and soothing, a Thai foot massage integrates acupressure points on your feet with gentle stretches that help relieve sore muscles.
